PEONY PANORAMA
So you’re probably thinking - well that looks nothing like the photograph! My answer to that is- GOOD!
First marks…sketch with a small 4mm filbert, after that- all painted with a 1” ‘System 3’ flat brush.
Anyone who has done one of my workshops in acrylics will know that flat, square ‘Ferrero Rocher’ Boxes make excellent ‘stay wet’ palettes’ (such shame you have to eat all the chocolates first!). I have one set up with my warm colours and one for my cool colours here.
Sitting on the grass to do the initial sketch in watercolour pencil.
